The result is metal photo print with a rich dazzling sheen, vibrant vivid colors, and life-like high definition detail that you can’t get from any other media.
Compared to getting an image traditionally printed, matted and framed, metal prints can cost you a fraction of the price.
They’re not only more striking, they’re also less expensive!
White base will look like a traditional print on white paper but much more vivid and sharp. It is the more popular choice.
Clear base has very strong iridescent qualities. The colors look flatter but it will have a metallic sparkle. Some people think they look vintage.
Mount your aluminum print to the wall with our wall-float mounts or metal posts.
Display on a desk, shelf or nightstand with acrylic stands or metal easels.
How do you print on metal?
A: Actually nothing is printed on the metal. Your image is printed onto a transfer media which is then infused on to a patented coating on the metal through heat and pressure. We only use the highest quality aluminum sheets manufactured by Chromaluxe.
How thick is the metal?
A: The aluminum sheet is 0.045 inches thick which makes it amazingly rigid and light.
How long do they last?
A: According to the Rochester Institute of Technology, metal prints will last 2 to 4 times longer than archival silver halide photographic prints.
Do you guarantee your work?
A: Absolutely. All of our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not totally satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right whether that means a new creating a brand new print or giving you a full refund.
How should I care for my prints?
A: These prints are as low maintenance as you can get. Although we recommend displaying your metal print in a dry location away from direct sunlight, it will withstand environmental factors that would normally damage other artwork, like humidity and light scratches. If necessary, just gently clean with a feather duster or a damp or dry soft cloth.
